Ms. Betty Carter was really helpful, attentive and energetic during both selling and buying. When we started house-looking, we had not figured out what was important to us. Betty asked great questions and showed us houses in a way that helped us identify our priorities and establish a budget. She advised on neighborhoods and market conditions. She showed a great deal of patience as we missed out on several houses we made offers on, and then was a real help in negotiations for the house we purchased. Betty was even more helpful on the selling side, with great tips on the best improvements to make the house attractive to buyers and with resources to find tradesmen to do the needed work. She helped with communications and helped coordinate between tradesmen who were working for us on painting, carpentry and plumbing. She researched our own neighborhood to find the highest reasonable price point for a quick sale, and she turned out to be exactly on target with all her advice.
